FAQ

The price covers both our service fee and the lawyer’s charge for the assessment.

If you request a refund:

  • Before providing any documents or information: You are eligible for a full refund, minus a 3% processing fee.
  • After submitting your documents or information, but before we submit to our lawyers: You are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • After the request has been submitted to our lawyers: Refunds are no longer available.

If our lawyers decide to take your case following the assessment, we will manage the subsequent process, and the assessment fee will be credited toward any future payments.

We typically present your case to multiple lawyers and share the most positive feedback we receive with you, though we can only present you with one report. If our assessment is negative, it indicates that none of our lawyers are willing to take your case. Additionally, due to the strict deadlines associated with this type of case, there may not be enough time for a second attempt.
