Refund Charges

As our payments are processed through Stripe, a non-refundable transaction fee is incurred for each payment. To account for this cost, we apply a 3% fee to all refunds requested by customers. This ensures fairness and helps us cover the expenses associated with the payment process.

Refund Processing Time

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method and your financial institution. Once a refund request is approved, we typically initiate the process within 5-7 business days. Please note that additional time may be required for the refund to appear in your account, as this depends on your bank’s processing policies.

Coupon

Refunds do not apply to the discounted amount from coupons used at the time of purchase. Only the amount paid after the coupon discount is eligible for refund consideration, as the coupon value itself is non-refundable.
