Lily graduated with a master’s degree in Education from Durham University, one of the top institutions in the United Kingdom. Despite her impressive academic background, her professional experience posed a challenge. Being relatively young, Lily had less than two years of experience working in early childhood education before transitioning to a role as an IELTS instructor.
