The Access to Information (ATI) Request is a formal process under Canada’s Access to Information Act, enabling individuals to request non-personal or administrative records related to their visa application held by the Canadian government. How to scan properly: Please scan the provided documents in PDF format. Scanning should be in color with a resolution of 200ppi. Do not resize the document during scanning, and ensure the entire scannable area is captured, not just the document itself. Also try to keep the document aligned properly while scanning.

If you don’t have a scanner, you can try with photo by camera or phone, please try to make the best quality to avoid processing delay.

  • Your passport pages of bio and signature of the application, and Canada visa page if available
  • Your current passport pages of bio and signature, if the above one expired
  • Any one of Biometric Instruction Letter (IMM 5756 at the bottom),  Biometric Validity Letter (IMM 5825 at the bottom), Passport Request Letter (IMM 5740), or POE Letter (IMM 5813) for permit application. When none of these is available, you can provide application receipt (IMM 5739 at the bottom)

  1. Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, please send us the following documents via email: [email protected] or WhatsApp,
  2. After receiving your documents, we will complete and submit application within one business day.
  3. Following submission, we will share IRCC’s automated confirmation, including the official receipt, for your records.
  4. In case of delayed processing according to our statistics, we’ll monitor and follow up with the IRCC.
  5. Finally, we will send you the GCMS notes along with a comprehensive review report.
  6. Service delivered—share your review of our work!

FAQ

The price includes our service fee for the request, following up, and notes interpretation service, and the government fee as well.

Due to the simplicity of this service and its minimal cost, we currently do not provide an agreement.

If you request a refund:

  • Before providing any documents or information: You are eligible for a full refund, minus a 3% processing fee.
  • After submitting your documents or information, but before we submit the request: You are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • After the request has been submitted to IRCC: Refunds are no longer available.

We’re not allowed to advise you for your Canada visa or immigration application, we collaborate with Way To Canada, a platform created by a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) in good standing, to provide online course that empower you with valuable knowledge.
