Note: The maximum email size we can receive through email is 30MB. If your documents exceed this limit, please send them in multiple emails.

Review and Quotation: Once we receive your enquiry and confirm the completeness of your information, we will provide the quotation, estimated lead time, the translator’s certificate, and a payment link.

Approval and Payment: If you accept the quotation, proceed with payment using the provided link. If you have specific requirements or additional needs, reply to our email or Whatsapp, and we will confirm if we can accommodate them.

Delivery of Translations: After payment is successfully completed, we will send you the translated documents within the stated lead time.

Corrections: If you identify any expression errors in the translation, please contact us for corrections.
